Sujit Choudhry Fame in the Constitutional Field

Sujit Choudhry is an American Indian professor of law lecturing at the University of California at the school of law at Berkeley. He also held the seat of the dean in the university. Sujit Choudhry studied his masters in law at Harvard University School of law. Sujit Choudhry had a great passion for law that he had to quit biological studies and join the Oxford University to study law. The Center for Constitutional Transition houses members from other countries that number twenty-five in total. Sujit Choudhry is now conducting new projects that are on the global scale together with colleagues. These projects cover areas dealing with territorial cleavages, security sector reforms, and constitutional reforms. All these projects are under the broad area of comparative constitutional law and political issues. They are driven towards addressing constitutional designs that lead to peaceful transitions from a violent reign to a democratic reign.
