Susan McGalla, known for her foundation and ongoing management o P3 Executive Consulting, a consulting firm that operates almost exclusively in the fashion market, and with the NFL’s Pittsburgh Steelers as the famous football team’s Vice President of Business Strategy and Creative Development.
Ms. McGalla has also worked for Wet Seal, a big clothing company geared towards female teenagers, and American Eagle Outfitters, yet another fashion industry competitor that sells both male and female clothing, all of which is generally geared towards the fashion tastes of adolescents across the United States.
The popular female businessperson is also a member of the board of directors of the real estate investment conglomerate better known as HHF, Inc., a company that lists its stock shares publicly on the New York Stock Exchange.

The then-young Susan McGalla lived in a normal, working-class family household in East Liverpool, Ohio, the city she spent her time in from her birth to permanently moving away from her parents after leaving high school.
Ms. McGalla went to the University of Mount Union in Alliance, Ohio, just minutes. away from her hometown of East Liverpool. After graduating with a dual degree in marketing and general business, Susan McGalla found a great job with the Ohio-based Joseph Horne Company, a now-defunct department store succeeded by the nationwide-known likes of Dillard’s and Macy’s.
While at Joseph Horne Company, she worked in both marketing and management, two fields that were well-taught to Susan McGalla during her then-recent college years, through 1994 after starting eight years earlier in 1986.
Today, wife of famous fund manager Stephen McGalla has a handful of kids and is also on the board of trustees of Mount Union.
